GreenWheel Electric Vehicle Group Co., Ltd.(GreenWheel)is one of the earliest national high-tech companies in China that are specialized in the development and manufacturing of high efficiency EV's.
Since 2001, after nearly a decade of independent R & D, GreenWheel has completely mastered the two core technologies in high efficient electric drive system integration and DSP electric drive control system integration . At the same time, it has its own EV battery management system technology, complete EV control and match system, as well as the related key EV electronic assistant series of proprietary technologies. It has won many national Scientific and Technological Achievement Awards and owns a number of Patents in the field of EV's. It is recognized as a leader in the domestic EV technology. It has started to launch its high-performance EV's in the international market as early as 2007, selling products to Europe and America. Currently, the company has established in its plant dedicated EV production lines, with electronic testing equipment and final inspection tracks. The present annual production and sales capacity is 20,000 EV's, and there are another two large new manufacturing bases under construction respectively in south and north China.

As of December 2009, GreenWheel has applied and granted a total of more than 100 patents, including 10 new invention patents, 60 application patents and 20 design patents. It hasanother 30 patents pendingapproval.
The company has its own R & D on its eight product lines, covering complete range of EV???s from class A-to C-levels that include pure electric passenger vehicles, pure electric trucks, pure electric utility cars, luxury electric SUV and others. It has also developed and established eight EV industry standards.
In July 2007 GreenWheel was assessed in Shenzhen as one of the High-tech Enterprises . In October 2008, GreenWheel at the tenth International High-Tech Fair was awarded as one of the Innovative Enterprises and was awarded for ???Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement???. In November 2009, GreenWheel in the Eleventh International High-Tech Fair won the Outstanding Product Award. In December 2009, the company has been rated by China Government as one of the National High-tech Enterprises and in January 2010, it was awarded by the Shenzhen Development Bank as the Diamond Level Customer . In March 2010, GreenWheel EV project has been listed as one of the 2010's Shenzhen Municipal Major Projects . In May, 2010, GreenWheel has been granted by China Bohai Bank as the AAAA grade credit customer . In May 2010,at the Beijing High-Tech Expo , GreenWheel again won the best award on display.
